6-Week Anger Management Course

Just like the 6-hour program offered by AngerMasters, the 6-week anger management course is divided into 6 separate sessions covering the basics of anger management and stress reduction. While the hourly programs can be taken over an actual 6 hours at your own pace, the 6-week course is presented one session each week on Mondays, meaning the course will take you 6 weeks to complete. As with our other programs, at the end of the weekly classes you receive a free certificate of completion, which is your official document required by the organization that commissioned you to complete the anger management training.

What's more, the fundamental principles of anger management, as well as tips and techniques for dealing with and controlling it which are introduced in this program, are developed by a certified instructor. By presenting the material in an easily accessible and understandable way, the participants of the 6-week anger management class will develop skills and at the same time satisfy the requirements of courts, employers, parole and probation officers, family courts, child welfare, as well as state and county officials.
